Defining of research due to the need to establish a permanent communication between people of different nations and ethnic groups in southern Ukraine. The object of study is the systematic linguistic devices used in various areas of public life in Southern Ukraine. Object is vocational and educational training and improvement of pedagogical skills of teachers in the study of the specific university of language picture southern Ukraine. The aim was to identify patterns and justification of organizational and pedagogical conditions and means of forming future technological culture readership as more important component of its pedagogical skills in further work with the population of southern Ukraine. Used the following methods: theoretical (inductive, deductive method of comparison, observation method, method of fraud), practical (descriptive method, comparative-historical method, comparable method, structural method of linguistic geography). The theoretical results confirm that detailed analysed of the state of development and functioning of languages in southern Ukraine. The practical significance of the research used in programs and content modules of subjects in training for the qualification of "master".
