The features of mechanical alloying austenitic steel 08H18N10T by nanoscale particles of oxide system Y2O3 - ZrO2 different composition were investigation. It was found that in steel strips after the final heat treatment there is the austenitic matrix phase and the density of complex oxides precipitates varies 1,7 ... 7,3 * 1015 cm-3 with an average size of about 10 nm. The highest density of precipitates with the slightest amount of average and better uniformity of their distribution by volume was found in samples doped by nanooxides composition 80mol.% Y2O3 - 20 mol.% ZrO2. The strength of this steel significantly exceeded the initial steel, especially at high temperatures (700 ° C), where conventional yield stress of ODS steel is 2.3 times higher than the original steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti.
