Algorithms and methods of the spatial structure reconstruction of three-dimensional object-emitters at the conditions of the projection number and observation angles limiting with aid of gamma-ray imaging system (GRIS) were developed. Mathematical methods and algorithms of the radionuclide activity estimation were developed and investigated. Evaluation of the tomographical monitor technical performances was carried out by calculation and computer simulation means. The objective to the execution of research and development work for design documentation development and experimental model production of the tomographical monitor for nuclear engineering objects inspection was developed.
