The techniques of covalent immobilization of lanthanides (Nd, Er, Yb) porphyrinates are developed. The immobilization of complexes increases the efficiency of molecular fluorescence and phosphorescence of porphyrin fragments and efficiency of 4f-luminescence in inorganic (SiO2) and polymeric mediums as compared with the solution complexes in 2-5 times. The optical properties of the solidified solution-melt EuIn2S4 and EuIn2Se4 in NaCl - KCl equimolar composition are investigated. Interaction between PbF2 and EuS in the molten salt NaCl-KCl is investigated by fluorescent spectroscopy and X-ray phase analysis. Mutual quenching of Eu2+ blue luminescence and PbF2 yellow luminescence in the solidified solutions-melts based on NaCl-KCl and the formation of abnormal phases "NaCl" and "KCl" with modified lattice parameters are found. The reaction products of EuF2 and CeF3 with molten NaNO3-KNO3 at 350°С in a helium medium are studied. The oxidation of cerium (III) and europium (II) fluorides to CeO2 and europium (III) oxofluoride, respectively, are investigated. The mixed cation phosphate NaSrGd(PO4)2 and solid solutions based on it are synthesized in the first time. Ba3Tb(PO4)3 and solid solutions based on it are synthesized by the "wet chemical methods". The influence of structure and composition of benzo, dibenzo - and "aliphatic" crown ethers (40 compounds) on the characteristics of their interaction with the surface groups of aerosil A-300, as well as the major factors and fragments of structures that facilitate or hinder the formation of the corresponding surface compounds are examined.
