Research aim: 1. To learn the age-old changes of macula for practically healthy people; 2. To promote efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of dystrophic (primary open-angel glaucoma, AMD), inflammatory diseases of conjunctiva of new-born and keratitis as a result of trauma with including of ferriferous extraneous bodies. Research methods: For the achievement of the tasks put in-process the generally accepted ophthalmology methods of inspection, that include visual acute, will be applied, biomicroscopy, refractometry, tonometry, ophthalmoscopy, spectral optical coherent tomography, computer perimetry, biochemical and microbiological researches.
