In this work, the association between myocardial dysfunctions with cardiovascular complications and the valve calcinosis or essential arterial hypertension was investigated. Clinical specials of essential arterial hypertension with cardiac valve calcinosis were found too. We developed a way of prognosis cardiovascular complications and development of myocardial dysfunctions in patients with essential arterial hypertension and cardiac valve calcinosis. Based on investigations of pathological changes of morphological and functional structure of heart, vessels, laboratory blood changes and results of coronarography were found factors which can be associated with cardiac valve calcinosis in persons with essential arterial hypertension. A new optimization of medical treatment patients with essential arterial hypertension and cardiac valve calcinosis was proposed. Presented researches helped to develop some effective algorithms of treatment these patients. Estimated an influence of antihypertensive and antilipidemic treatment in different variants on patients' physical status, morphological and functional structure of heart, vessels and laboratory blood changes which helps to get better clinical effect in short and long periods of observations.
