For 3210 clusters we found their parameters. The cluster sample covers the central Galaxy regions and its outer regions, the completenes is reached to distances of 2 kpc from Sun. The ages of the investigated clusters cover a full age interval from 1 million of years to the maximum Galaxy age. Astrometric observations on the telescope VLT with cameras FORS2 and HAWK-I were performed with the aim of detection the sub-stellar companions of brown dwarfs. We discovered two binary systems and have found their parameters. For the binary dwarf system Luhman16 we rejected the existance of the third giant component. We have shown that probability of the giant planet existance around M8-L2 dwarfs is 9%.We finished reduction of the observations on the FON program for the declinations from -2° to +90° and obtained two versions of the catalogue for the north sky. Using CCD observations of 2001- 2015 obtained on the meridian axial circle, we derived the catalogues KMAC2 and KMAC3 with the positions and photometric V-values for equatorial zone.
