Methods - questionnaires, clinical, functional, statistical. Was proved that the presence of the syndrome of obstructive apnea-hypopnea sleep (SOAHS) aggravates the course of obstructive pulmonary diseases, which manifests in uncontrolled disease course. The basic clinical and functional features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma (BA) in combination with SOAHS determined. A new technology of treatment of asthma and COPD combined with SOAHS by adding to the basic drug therapy of auto-CPAP therapy was developed thus improving the efficacy of treatment in 75 % of asthma patients and 80 % in patients with COPD. Developed and tested: a method of treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with a depressive episode, the application of which achieved clinical and functional efficacy in 86,7 % of patients; method of hypercapnia diagnosis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which increases the accuracy of diagnosis of 40 %; diagnostic algorithm for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with depression; algorithm for diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with pathological processes of oral cavity. 2 projects of the orders of Ministry of Health has been prepared.
