Aim - to define the clinical features of asthma in children depending of type of gene polymorphism associations, somatotype characteristics and treatment efficiency. Methods - clinical, questionnaires, functional, immunological, genetics, statistics. The peculiarities of the clinical course of bronchial asthma (BA) in children, depending on the polymorphisms of gene associations, somatotype characteristics and effectiveness of treatment, namely the severity of the asthma is inherent in children with disharmonic development, especially with microsomal somatotipe and / or overweight on the background of unsatisfactory adaptation of the body's defense, 2,3 times more likely to develop on the background of vagotonic dystonia, aged over 12 and under the conditions of passive smoking; gene polymorphism of enzymes detoxifying xenobiotic genes and vascular tone controlled asthma affect the severity of asthma in children. A new method for prognostication the severity of asthma in children by identifying the gene polymorphisms of xenobiotic detoxification enzymes of phase II GSTP1 and GSTM1, genes of vascular tone. Children with asthma, by further define genotypes for the genes of cardiovascular tone ACE, AT2R1 and establishing interaction between genes and enzymes detoxify xenobiotics phase II reached to increase the accuracy of forecasting of severe and moderate flow of asthma by 10,0 %. Technologies have been developed for prognonsis the course of asthma and developed prognostic algorithm of varying degrees of severity of the disease by identifying risk criteria. The frequency of correct diagnoses in the application of the algorithm averaged 90,6 %.
