G. Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object: 404 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis . Aim: to increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the time antituberculosis chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis using optimal intensive phase antituberculosis chemotherapy through the use of moxifloxacin against a background of different routes of administration of antimycobacterial drugs. Methods: clinical, laboratory, radiological, microbiological, biochemical. The established pharmacokinetics of fluoroquinolones III-IV generation and ethambutol in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, blood bacteriostatic activity in different regimes of chemotherapy. Developed intensive rerimes of TB chemotherapy based on the intravenous administration isoniazid, rifamicin sodium salt and ethambutol, which shortens the bacterial termination to an average of 1,6 months. The proposed new short-term chemotherapy regimen with the use of moxifloxacin in patients with polyresistance Mycobacterium tuberculosis to isoniazid. The developed method of treatment of patients with respiratory tuberculosis using intensive phase of chemotherapy in addition isoniazid and rifampicin via nebulized salmeterol and fluticasone propionate, leading to increased frequency of bacterial termination - at 29,7% for the 1st month of treatment, reducing the overall duration of treatment an average of 1,5 months. The developed method of predicting the treatment of tuberculosis, which is carried a multislice computed tomography in determining the average density lesions in the lungs (-41,6 ± 51,1) units HU or lower their prognosis resorption with further chemotherapy. The proposed algorithm for treatment of newly diagnosed TB patients using intensive and short .chemotherapy regimens.
