G. Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object: 104 children with latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI), 90 children with organ tuberculosis. Aim - to improve the quality of TB care for children through the development and implementation of technology of intradermal tests application for the diagnosis of different manifestations of tuberculosis infection in children. Methods: clinical, laboratory, and statistical. It was found that 62,5 % of children with LTBI result of test with the allergen recombinant tuberculosis (ART) is negative. In children with TB contact percentage of positive reactions of the test with ART is 2,4 times higher than that of children without TB contact. In 95,7 % of children with tuberculosis, and 59,1 % of children with residual changes after suffering tuberculosis test with ART is positive and confirms the activity of tuberculosis. It is proved that the dynamics of the results of test with ART can serve as a criterion for the effectiveness of treatment for tuberculosis and tactics dispensary supervision of patients. The study of immune system in children with LTBI and TB patients has been carried out and it was proved that LTI is a state bordering with TB. The technology of using intradermal tests for the diagnosis of different manifestations of tuberculosis infection in children has been developed.
