Have been established insatisfactory functioning of TB service for the period 2005-2014 years and its defects: irrational use of hospital beds аnd in health centers, the prevalence of in-patient treatment above out-patient (79,7 % of patients in hospitals against 4,6-6,4% in day care); low detection rate of smear positive patients (61,3 %) and the effectiveness of treatment of patients (62,0 %), increase of cases of re-treatment on 46,8 %; low percentage of prophylactic fluorography reviews of adults and children; unsatisfactory chemoprophylaxis; ineffectiveness of prophylactic system. Have been established the need to reduce hospital beds by 20,8 % and its restructuring. There is a high incidence of tuberculosis (59,5 per 100 thousand of population), increase the incidence of tuberculosis in combination with AIDS - by 215,0 % and the number of patients with MDR TB - by 19,4 %.
