Object of research are methods, instruments and mechanisms of creation of competitive potential of the enterprise in the conditions of innovative-investment development. The subject of study is the process the process of creating competitive capacity in terms of choice of innovative-investment development. The purpose of the study is to determine scientific substantiation of formation of the competitive potential of the enterprise in modern conditions. Research methods. To solve the set tasks were used analytical and numerical methods of comparative, multivariate, statistical and systematic-structural analysis, use a systematic approach for justification of grounds of formation of competitive potential of the enterprise in the conditions of innovative-investment development, the integration approach for the integration of scientific results and the mechanism of management of economic system of the country. Scientific novelty of the study is that: investigated the background and towards the creation of competitive capacities in the conditions of innovative-investment development, improve the system of constituent elements and indicators of competitive potential, which corresponds to the innovation-investment development developed management mechanisms to ensure the creation of competitive capacities in the conditions of innovative development under the new priorities of the economy. Theoretical significance of the research: a study was conducted of the evolution of the term "potential of enterprise" and "competitive potential of the enterprise", defined the essence of the category "innovation-investment development", examined external factors, internal factors and regularities of their influence on the formation of the enterprise potential on the basis of innovative development, the influence of structural features of the proportional capacity of the enterprise on its competitiveness in the conditions of innovative-investment development, are identified and substantiated system of the constituent elements of competitive potential and defines the mechanism for the formation of subsystems of management in creation of competitive potential of the enterprise, conducted a feasibility study of resource competitiveness potential of an enterprise when making the transition to innovation and investment development with the aim of achieving competitiveness of the national economy. The practical significance of the research consists in: the development of a new system approach to formation, implementation and adaptation of competitive potential of the enterprise in the conditions of innovative-investment development of the national economy. The results of the study will be introduced in methodical developments for students of 010104.30 "Professional education. Economy" and 030601 "Management of organizations and administration".
