The content of this project is the development of technology of surface hardening of hydraulic cylinders alloy VT22 , which combines the previous cold surface deformation ( HPPD ), thermodiffusion saturation elements of implementation and finishing HPPD and allows comparison of galvanic coatings of chromium and nickel significantly improve the reliability and durability of the products of aircraft. The technology involves the formation of hardened surface layers of medium firmness transition zone diffusion and surface functional film high quality , able to provide high znosotryvkist , adequate fatigue strength and high density hydraulic . At this stage of the project was to study the influence of the technological conditions of the state of the surface layer in the processing of titanium alloy HPPD methods .
