Objective and technique – studying of the inhomogeneous structure of the near Earth plasma and properties of the global electromagnetic resonance systems by analyzing of the coincident observations in microwave, HF and ELF wavebands performed at research facilities of Ukraine and EISCAT. Results and novelty – HF and ELF acquisition systems for electromagnetic fields monitoring in high-latitude region of Europe were upgraded. The features of the ionospheric inhomogeneity’s stimulated by powerful heating facility were studied. The weekly periodicities of the atmospheric aerosol parameters were discovered.
