The sense of this research is increasing of wear resistance of tribology connections by the optimization of nature of complicated thermomechanical loading due to the extention of the theory about physico-mechanical effects in the contact zone and on the basis of this research to determine the principles of creation of wearproof tribology connections . This scientific research devoted to the issue of studying of physical and physico-mechanical phenomena that occure in the contact zone of surfaces under different conditions of thermomechanical loading. The main ideas of the work are determination of the regularities and finding of the conditions of formation of wear-resistant coating surface of details of the friction pairs based on the analysis of the size of deterioration and the state of the surface under different kinds of loading( unidirectional slip, a blow with a slippage, a blow with a slippage in two mutually perpendicular directions )under the influence of heightened temperatures and also low temperatures of the environment.
