The quantitative outputs of the research contribute to the solution of a number of important theoretical and practical scientific issues. Namely, it was assessed the impact of hydrological and hydrochemical factors on the structure of fish communities; studied the dependence between the fish fauna and the food base; analyzed the change in the fish community structure in terms of climate changes. As an important result, a block model was designed that includes appropriate components and links between them as the basis for the simulation mathematical modeling.
