In order to produce hydrogen by carbonization of waste in one work cycle and increase the yield of the desired product, studied the synergistic effect that occurs when mixed with wood waste plastic waste of various types, including polyethylene and polystyrene. A mixture of polymer and wood waste we consider a model of fuel briquettes to produce hydrogen from solid waste. Studied the effect of catalysts that incorporates containing transition metal nanoparticles, the yield of hydrogen in fuel briquette carbonization. The studies showed promise of this approach. If there polypropylene carbonization yield exceptionally light hydrocarbons. As shown in our previous research, the wood carbonization yield of hydrogen does not exceed 12%. In conducting carbonization mixture of polypropylene and wood waste in the ratio 1: 1 there is a significant increase in the concentration of hydrogen in the gas mixture to 47%. When carbonization mixture of polypropylene, wood waste and catalyst significantly increased yield of hydrogen. In particular when administered iron-catalyst hydrogen yield is 61.6%, and the use of nickel catalyst hydrogen yield reaches 82%. Thus, studies have shown that the establishment of the cake, which is a mixture of polymer material, wood waste and catalyst, is a promising way to obtain technical hydrogen.
