Studied the optical properties of the material depending on the nature and number of components of nanoparticles in them and by physical, chemical and physico-mechanical parameters (rate of polymerization, refractive index, strength, elasticity and sensitivity) agreed under the terms of their use in various industrial processes of printing, micro - and nanoelectronics.
