The method of blood cells exposure doses calculation under radionuclides intake into the bloodstream was suggested, considering geometric and kinetic characteristics of individual blood cells and nuclear-physical characteristics of radionuclides. The influence of radiation factors of Chornobyl origin for cytogenetic parameters of human blood cells were studied. A significant excess of chromosomal aberrations in exposed cohorts was revealed as compared to control. New data was received on the current state of radioecological situation on radiation contaminated areas of remote accident period. We studied the processes of radionuclide migration and defined content and rates of accumulation of 137Cs and 90Sr by various flora and fauna of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, found high interspecific and individual variability.
