Formation of the directed litogeochemical streams on the lands broken by mining operations is carried out at the expense of a complex of the factors caused by properties of a litogeochemical contour. It is defined that intensity of the litogeochemical streams is limited by qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the environment of transferring and the environment of transformation, and the vector of a stream action is defined by their physical characteristics. Questions of creation of system of rational use of geochemical and ecological capacity of the technogenic-changed territories are considered in system of identification of the litogeochemical contours and streams for natural objects, and are one of keys of identification of biogeosystems geochemical capacity. As action for management of litogeochemical streams is developed the system of an operating control of a biogeosystem state for the lands broken by mining operations. This system provides the most rational management of a biogeosystems state and can be introduced for the prevention of emergence of dangerous situations - at the enterprises, and also for regional control of an ecological state - in executive authorities.
