Is made the list of rare and endangered species of Right-bank steppe Pridneprovya which totals 377 species. In KBG NAS of Ukraine for preservation of species in culture are created expositions and collections of rare and endangered plants species. On an advanced scale of an assessment of introductional stability which includes 8 criteria, each of which, in turn, it is estimated on a three-ball scale, are summed up the results of success of 239 species introduction of a collection of rare and endangered species and is drawn the conclusion on possibility of successful preservation in culture of the majority of the called species. Is carried out the complex assessment of a current state of populations of 8 species included in the Red List of Ukraine, in particular, are investigated the features of their ontogenesis, age structure of populations, are made the maps of areas and are given the lists of locations in Right-bank steppe Pridneprovye.
