The project is a generalization, deepening and development of theoretical and applied principles in shaping organizational methods of development of sea ports on the basis of PPP. The project involves the development of guidelines for the management of risky situations in the implementation of public-private projects in seaports; systematized set of indicators that reflect the interests of business PPP in seaports; study the optimization problem in choosing the most effective forms of PPP; develop institutional mechanism of formation PPP ports. Methodical provisions set out in the work, provide timely decision making adequate functioning modern conditions of commercial sea ports of Ukraine, which will improve the quality of their production and competitiveness of the national economy. Results of research can be implementation in practice of maritime industry to improve management seaport on the basis of PPP and processes analysis and forecasting.
