Research Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological , radiological method of indication " sentinel " lymph node , surgical treatment , the combined treatment of patients and statistical treatment of results , a portable gamma counter "EuroProbe", produced by " Sanberra -Packard", emission computer tomograph " OFET ", "Spirit DH". The analysis of the immediate results of the treatment of patients with melanoma of the skin on the developed methodology combined with the use of lymphadenectomy "sentinel" lymph node, and compare them with the results of treatment of patients in the control group, preliminary conclusions about the effectiveness of the proposed method. In a study conducted according to plan treatment of 80 patients with melanoma of the skin by the developed technique in the main group and 80 patients in the control group. The study found that mikrometasts in "sentinel" lymph node observed in 17.5% of cases. SLN micrometastasis in one observed in 10% of patients, and in two - at 7.5%. Performing lymphadenectomy "sentinel" lymph node does not cause complications in the form of lymphostasis limb erysipelas. A major complication was observed in the main group in the postoperative period was 26.5% limforreya in patients what stop for 2.5-3 weeks.
