Objective: To improve the accuracy of the individual prognosis of colorectal cancer by determining the species complexes objective prognostic factors and to develop an algorithm for the histological examination in view of the clutch of morphological, histochemical and immunohistochemical features. Methods: histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, morphometric, densiometrichni, statistics; laboratory pH meter, torsion balance. Studies have shown that there is a direct dependence of overall survival with colon adenocarcinoma of the NNA, Ki67, vNR. Moreover, these interactions are not linear. Other factors, such as nn, nNR, NArea, DM show no direct dependency on overall survival. However, when constructing the regression model shown in the form of their effect non-linear functions that differ somewhat for different degrees of dedifferentiation (G). Our studies indicate that survival prediction using a single predictor gives accurate results only if the combination of several important criteria statistically accurate results can be achieved. Therefore, the search of prognostic criteria and their relationship is a major challenge to accurately predict and select the correct treatment. Field of application - pathology, oncology.
