The aim of the work - Improve the efficiency of treatment and determine place of the radionuclide therapy in the treatment of bone metastases in malignant tumors of various origins. Material and methods - whole body scintigraphy with 153Sm, dynamic scintigraphy with 153Sm, radionuclide therapy with 153Sm, statistics; double-head gamma-camera "Mediso", SPECT "E CAM 180". Treatment protocol with 153Sm of bone metastases in malignant tumors of various origins (MTC) had been develope. Activity of radiopharmaceutical (RPh), quantity of therapy courses was optimized based on pharmacokinetics and biodistribution of RPh.12 patients underwent the treatment. Diagnostic protocol with 153Sm was developed with the aim of its use in further follow-up of MTC patients. 50 patients underwent scintigraphy with 153Sm. Pharmacokinetics and biodistribution of 153Sm among these patients was analysed. Technical and physics supply of dynamic scintigraphy had been performed. Use of 153Sm as a part of complex treatment of MTC was estimated. Optimal time of diagnostic procedure with 153Sm (scintigraphy or SPECT) was explored.
