Solovyov Sergiy Olexandrovych., Registration Date 13-02-2015 Organization L.V.Pysarzhevsky Institute of Physical Chemistry of National Academy of Science of Ukraine popup.description2 The technology of manufacture of alumina - nickel catalysts for hydrogen production, which have a high activity (100 % conversion of СН4 at 700 °C), resistance to coking and oxidation reaction in oxygen conditions during the oxidative reforming of natural gas components was developed. The technology of manufacture of oxide catalysts supported on ceramic honeycombs from synthetic cordierite and kaoline-aerosil for deep oxidation of hydrocarbons (СН4 and С3-С4-alkanes) was developed. The catalysts have a high activity in the deep methane oxidation (100% conversion of СН4 is achieved at temperatures of 650 - 750oC), selectivity, mechanical strength (50 МPа). The developed technology of manufacture of catalysts of three component reactions (CO/NOx/CnHm) allows to reduce the content of precious metals in their composition by 2-3 times without reducing of their activity, selectivity, thermal stability, resistance to catalyst poisons. According to test results developed catalysts are not inferior to analogues of foreign companies (Haldor Topsoe, Toyota, Osaka Gas Company Limited, et al.). The technical-economic proposals for chemical enterprises regarding the use of developed catalysts were prepared.
