The aim of work are a scientific ground and development of discipling, that will contain requirements in relation to adaptation of objects of the комунально-побутового setting for the sanitization of people, special treatment of clothing, facilities of individual defence and movable composition of motor transport. Methods of researches: collection, analysis and systematization of literary data, requirements of legislative and normatively-legal documents, that determine a list and volumes of works in relation to adaptation of objects of the domestic, sporting, athletic-health setting for realization of sanitization of people and special treatment of overalls, facilities of individual defence, equipment, transport. Results and their novelty. In this advanced study the lighted up problems, that is related to absence in Ukraine of the stationary objects intended for realization of sanitization of people and special treatment of clothing, ЗІЗ, other property and legislative settlement of both processes of treatment and possibility of adaptation for this purpose of existing in an infrastructure settlements of objects that render sanitary-hygenic, health services to the population. By a scientific job performance concerted and the project of standard of ISO B ХХХ 201Х "Manual on the adaptation of objects of household, sports, and production purpose for sanitary processing of people, special processing of clothes, means of individual protection, equipment and the equipment", prepared to the statement . A standard is intended for application of executive power central and local organs, by the organs of local self-government, enterprises, establishments and organizations that conduct the measures of civil defence, and also public organs, enterprises, organizations and physical persons that carry out architectural, town-planning and building activity on territory of Ukraine.
