The objective was to determine the characteristics of metabolic changes in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, who have been exposed to ionizing radiation as a result of the Chernobyl accident. When performing research were applied clinical, immunological, laboratory and instrumental methods of investigation. Equipment: ultrasonic devices Shiwadzу 410 B, Aloka - 2000, Aloka - 650, gastroscope Olympus (all manufactured in Japan), personal computers. The features of metabolic changes in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as affected by the Chernobyl accident (main group) and patients in the comparison group (II HS): increased incidence of elevated total cholesterol (75,7 % and 64%) and beta-lipoproteins (58,9 % and 44%), significantly higher average cholesterol and beta-lipoproteins than in patients without liver disease (I СG - affected due to the accident and III СG - persons who are not exposed to accident factors )(p< 0,05-0,001). The increase in average blood glucose in patients with NAFLD were significantly higher than these values in the СG III (p<0.05). The average BMI was greatest in patients with NAFLD main and II СG, significantly differing in II СG and СG III (p < 0.001). Persons with normal weight among patients with NAFLD was significantly less than in the comparison group (p<0.001).Obesity was diagnosed in only 43.3% of the patients of the main group and 54% in II СG. Shown violations of prooxidant-antioxidant balance at different stages in the development of NAFLD: identified changes in the level of compounds with isolated double bonds, the relative content of diene conjugates and obsidianovom conjugates, increasing secondary LPO products - TBA-active products. Average values of factor of antioxidant status in the study group as in patients with SН and NАSH were lower than the corresponding values in the II СG - 29 % and 21 %, respectively. Revealed a relative increase in the diameter of the portal vein with NАSH and SН in the main group and in the SН II СG compared with patients without liver disease (p<0.05). The increase in blood pressure in patients of the main group defined in 51.5% of cases, which was significantly higher than in IСG ( 25%, p < 0.01) and did not differ from the II СG. НD was installed 71,3% of patients of the main group, 58% II СG significantly more often than in I СG (35,7%, p<0.01) and III СG (18,7%, p<0.001). According to the results published 12 papers made 2 of the report on the workshops for doctors. Product Description popup.authors Альохіна С. М. Гасанова О.В. Зелінська А. В. Кадюк О. М.
