The object of the investigation. The preparational process of solid biofuel mixture for heat generators.Methods of the investigation and equipment. Theoretical studies were based on the laws of conservation of mass, energy and motion quantity, which are the consequences of the first and second laws of thermodynamics. Planning the energy efficiency measures were carried out on the basis of energy management by using facts obtained from the methods of simulation. Experimental investigation were carried out in the production environment and with help of the specially designed test benches.Theoretical and practical results. The way of the fuel mixture is defined by the analysis of the flue gases. It decreases the total fuel consumption and increases the bioheating generators' efficiency (taking into attention the comparing process of the analogues). It was established that the using of the intelligent control system which is based on our proposed method enables to increase the energy efficiency of heating generators installed on 3.5-4%. Scientific novelty. The implementational efficiency according reasonable dosage of the combustion components is substantiated. This process uses controlled operating modes screw of fuel supply and ventilator which are based on the analysis of flue gases. It helps to improve the energy efficiency of solid-fuel heating generators, reduce harmful emissions, provide the secure fuel supply into the combustion chamber that prevents the fuel ignition in the bunker at the emergency stop.The effeciency of introduction. The proposed energy-efficient way of feed the fuel mixture into solid fuel fired boilers has passed testing at the production facilities of "Ukrainian Technological Systems" in Ternopil region and SPGs "Energy-saving technologies" in Ternopil. The results established that the using our proposed technology can reduce electricity costs by an average of 17%. This method can be used for processing enterprises large and small facilities that focus on the using the alternative fuels.Sphere of implementation: Research and development in technical sciences (Energy)
