It has been shown that it is possible simultaneously both to capture the atoms, molecules and nanoparticles in the trap formed by the field of the sequences of the counter light pulses and to decelerate them down to speeds corresponding to the Doppler cooling limit. The experimental setup for the investigations of the cross-cooling neon atoms that makes possible to explore the force of light pressure on atoms in beams has been developed. The holographic phase masks were developed and experimentally implemented to form the stationary and dynamic spatial patterns of laser fields by means of the liquid crystal spatial phase modulator. The masks are to be used in the optical manipulation systems by the small solid state particles. The dynamics of the light absorbing solid particles in the spatially inhomogeneous fields has been experimentally investigated. The possibility of the mechanical and the angular momentum transfer on the solid state particle has been demonstrated. A universal organic-inorganic nanocomposite, which is optically sensitive in the range of 350-500 nm, has been developed. The nanocomposite provides regulation of nanoparticles in a polymer matrix by the holographic photopolymerization. The laser with distributed feedback based on the bulk lattice on the nanocomposite activated by the laser dye has been made.
