A purpose of work is a leadthrough of analysis of development of innovative infrastruk-rook status in Ukraine, innovative development of regions in the context of realization of public regional policy, exposure of operating objects of innovative infrastructure, generalization of results, determination of basic directions of regional development of Ukraine, on the modern stage. A research method is an analysis of the systems, spatial analysis, statistical analysis, cross-correlation analysis. On the basis of the conducted spatial analysis of innovative activity of regions with the use of method of the European commission of calculation of national final index of innovaciynosti (Regional National Summary Innovation Index) realizable differentiation of regions of Ukraine after the level of innovative activity. Receipt results allowed to do the row of important conclusions in relation to ditch-nya of innovative possibility of the probed region but to work methodical materials in relation to development of regional innovative infrastructure and its estimation.
