It was shown that the maximum value of the specific surface area (670 m2 / g) is achieved at a carbonization temperature of 1073 ± 3 K. The specific capacity of the porous carbon material in 0.5 M aqueous solutions of Li2SO4, Na2SO4 and K2SO4 decreases with increasing size of solvate complex formed by Li +, Na + and K + ions. It was proved that the lithium-manganese spinel Li1+уMn2-уO4 (у = 0,0 - 0,5) can be used as an effective anode material for hybrid electrochemical capacitors with working voltage of 1.8 V (for aqueous electrolytes) and specific capacity energy and capacity of 19.7 mA•h / g, 23 W•h / kg and 38 W / kg, respectively. For hybrid electrochemical capacitors system Lі1,2Mn1,8O4 / ВКА-3 with an operating voltage of 2.6 V specific capacitance are 20.7 and 16.2 mA•h / g and specific power o23.8 W •h/kg and 16 2 W •h/kg when used as electrolytes in 1 M of LiBF4 solution in acetonitrile and LiBF4 in propylene carbonate respectively (current density of charge/discharge 4 mA/cm2).
