A quantum chemical simulation of the synthesis and aging mechanisms of hybrid organic-inorganic coatings during exploitation was performed. The developed anticorrosion coatings were tested at 40 oC and 100% humidity in accordance with industrial conditions of metal storage and transportation. The analysis of modern environmental legislation was performed and the compliance of the proposed methods of the synthesis and deconservation of the developed anticorrosion coatings to the EU Directives 2013/28 /EU and 2004/42/CE was confirmed.
