By the method of EDS analysis is shown that PC thermal cycling at temperatures of 20 - 1000C during 100 hours leads to insignificant redistribution of the reflection intensity of zirconium into the layer of cathode material, in its turn diffusion of lanthanum and manganese to the electrolyte layer is not fixed.
