This allowed to create multiscale material with variable characteristics along the radius of sample was disclosed. A new method of obtaining of magnesium wire for metallurgy based on the warm multichannel extrusion of powder billet with extra intense shift in the center of deformation was offered. This allows to obtain the wire with a relative density of 95-97% and a fairly strong bond between the particles and satisfies the technological requirements that apply to the wire during cutting it into pellets. The method of structural modification of high density polyethylene and polyamide-6, which is based on intensive plastic deformation by simple shift namely hardphase equil channel multiangle extrusion (HECME) was realized. It is shown that the use HECME contributes to formation of unique set of mechanical properties of polymers.Based on the analysis of the synthesized nanosystems nanopowder with phase composition, size and surface properties, type and nature of functional groups of the surface-active modifiers was produced. Based on which high-quality ceramic mass with the addition of specific binder was obtained. The technology of obtaining of ceramic crucibles by slip casting was developed.Multistage technology of producing of ceramic head of prosthesis of hip joint based on zirconia with high quality features, including the production of nanopowders with desired properties, formation of blank, which is close to final form, a special mode of sintering and finishing processing was developed.Special technology of sintering of nanopowders based on silicon carbide with the use of induction furnace of his own design and the newest manufacturing technology of jet engine nozzles and ceramic nozzles of air motor combustion chamber based on silicon carbide nanopowders were developed.
