Numerical simulations of Trichel pulse formation during transition from the simple avalanche multiplication to the formation of ionization wave were performed. Due to the original method, plasma density in a pulsed low-pressure discharge initiated by the microwave radiation with stochastic phase jumping was measured for the first time. The design documentation was prepared and the ozone generation unit "OzoneАgro 20" was manufactured. It is shown that the specific energy per ozone synthesis is 14 W*h/gO3, which is comparable to the efficiency of ozone synthesis for the world's best systems.
