Serum levels activity of MMP-9, MMP-2, TIMP-1, proteinase inhibitors and galektin 3 were in all patients before, immediately and in the 7th day after revascularization. The close relationship of the disease after successful revascularization with activity of proteolysis was shown and the feasibility of dynamic definition of these markers for persoualization of cardiovascular risk was proved.
