The research method is as follows: for task performance the specialists of Scientific and Technical Department identify and specify information needs of information consumers from foreign sources, conduct conferences, seminars, exhibitions about efficient design and calculation of non-rigid pavements, design and arrangement of subgrade, modern approaches to design, construction and operation of cement concrete pavement, issues of the day related to repair and maintenance bridges on public roads, estimated pricing in the road economy, maintenance of roads in winter and ways to reduce traffic accidents. The results are dissemination of new scientific developments and regulations at conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions; dissemination of information about the news of road economy from foreign sources.
