An aim of work is an increase of the productivity of shortly-rotary crop rotations that include grain and oil-bearing crops, due to the use of optimal norms of bringing of mineral fertilizers,of methods and depth of basic treatment of soil. For the achievement of the put aim the estimation of change of basic indexes of fertility of livery soil and fito of the sanitary state of sowing was conducted, the level of the productivity and quality of the got products of wheat winter-annual, corn, barley of winter-annual and soy are set at growing of them in a shortly rotary crop rotation on irrigation at the different doses of mineral fertilizers and methods of basic till of soil. A method of researches is the field experiments with the complex of analytical and field researches. The greatest productivity after the exit of gross energy calculating on one hectare of area of crop rotation provides a crop rotation on a background the moldboardless midwater system of basic treatment with the deep chisel loosening under all cultures, that, depending on the doses of bringing of nitric fertilizers, is formed within the limits of 94,77-112,25 GDg. Application of the shallow moldboardlessloosening and sowing in preliminary untilled soil, on a background the system of fertilizer with bringing on one hectare of area of crop rotation of N60Р40, results in the decline of the productivity accordingly on 8,3 and 19%. Increase of dose of bringing of nitric fertilizer to N90Р40 and N120Р40 provides the increase of the productivity of agricultural cultures and productivity of crop rotation, conformity to law, that is marked at bringing of N60Р40, remains at the same time. The estimation of economic efficiency of technologies of growing of agricultural cultures in a crop rotation on irrigation testifies that the greatest profit and level of profitability calculating on one hectare of area of crop rotation at bringing of N60Р40 provide the differentiated system of basic treatment. The increase of dose of bringing of mineral fertilizers to N90Р40 provided the receipt of higher profit and level of profitability at midwater processing without to dump basic treatment with the chisel loosening under all cultures on a depth from 23-25 to 28-30 см. the Further increase of dose of bringing of nitric fertilizer to N120Р40 assisted the increase of profit and level of profitability at one deep the piece of chalk without dump loosening. An experimental test and productive introduction of results of research work was conducted in State enterprise experimental farm Askaniyskoy Askaniyskoy State Experimental Station of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
