Methods of researches - the field and laboratory. The global changes of climate and height of world requirements in fats need revision of attitude toward agricultural plants in the direction of expansion of spectrum of in current use oil-bearing not cultures from position of their adaptive application and needs revision of going near zonal distribution of cultures. The system of basic till of soil and mineral feed are inalienable part of creation of optimal terms for a height and development of plants and, as a result, receipt of high harvest of carthamus, edible mushroom and sesame. A burst performance is got from the carthamus of dyeing sort Givchik at till of soil ploughing on a 20-22 cm, and top-dressing the norm of N60Р45, that provided profitability at the level of 65,5% . An edible mushroom springs sorts Klondike provided the most productivity at the method of till of soil is ploughing on a 20 - 22 cm and systems of mineral feed of N45Р45 with a profit a 21030 hrn/of ha.
