Aim of work - to study the methods of basic till of soil, at that oil-bearing cultures will form a most harvest at irrigation; to work out agrotechnical regulations of application of fertilizers for soy of sort of Diona and flax of oil-bearing sort Vera; to define the features of forming of the productivity of oil-bearing cultures depending on application of fertilizers and influence of them on the nourishing mode and biological activity of soil in the conditions of Dry Steppe of Ukraine; to find out the action of fertilizers at different tills of soil. Methods of researches - the field and laboratory. The presence of considerable irrigable arrays southward and necessity of balancing of structure of sowing areas Ukraine in accordance with the water consumption of cultures and admission possibilities of the reclamative systems does a pressing question introduction in the conditions of irrigation of highly profitable cultures with the short vegetation period of early term of sowing. For the decision of this problem experimental researches will be conducted from optimization of basic elements of technology of growing of new high-yield varieties and hybrids, application of mineral fertilizers, ecologically safe modes of irrigation, receptions of defence of plants that will provide the receipt of high harvest of grain of high quality. There is Vera at sowing of flax of oil-bearing sort, in the conditions of natural providing moisture the best is deep till of soil is ploughing a 20-22 cm and top-dressing the norm of N90Р60, that provided the productivity at the level of a 1,47 ton/of ha with the maximal level of profitability of 119,6%. At sowing of soy of sort of Diona the most productivity is provided by deep till of soil ploughing on a 20-22 cm is a 3,64 ton/of ha and top-dressing the norm of N120Р80 with the receipt of maximal profit at the level of a 15504 hrn/of ha. Research job performances will be using for growing of soy of sort of and flax of oil-bearing sort Vera in the economies of АІС of different patterns of ownership of zone of south Steppe.
