Purpose - Development of technology for cooling cyclic air contact steam turbine system with waste heat and mass of the working fluid in the complex electricity consumption, heat and water. Intensification of process fluid dispersion by the use of superheated water allowed to develop new technology fine spray of water without the use of a high initial pressure, which greatly simplified the system of water supply in cyclic air flow to implement a highly efficient process of evaporative cooling cyclic air turbine engines. The use of superheated water implements explosive boiling water jet at the outlet of the nozzle, which allowed to achieve the necessary quality spray without using high pressure nozzles and sophisticated design. The results of the designed, manufactured and tested in the laboratory jets to implement evaporative cooling using superheated water. Experimental study of the evolution of the jet of superheated water using a phased review process, from adiabatic boiling in the nozzle and ending with the formation of droplets on its way possible to obtain the optimum geometrical and regime parameters for a system of spraying superheated water and confirm the high efficiency cooling superheated water inlet turbine engine. Clarification of the mathematical model of unsteady evaporation process drops with regard to the process of evaporation of superheated water in a moving air stream allowed to estimate the amount of time the temperature relaxation single drop of superheated water and analytically find the diameter of a drop at the end of the cooling process, depending on the length of the evaporation and initial parameters of water and air . Based on the findings the schematic diagram and steam turbine system with cooling cyclic air superheated water and provided recommendations for the design of the air input manifold gas turbine with superheated water spray system to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the compressor.
