The aim of research work is an increase of efficiency of methods and facilities of analysis of fertility of soils on the basis of determination of their conductivity. The methods of work are based on the methods of general theory of the systems and analysis of the systems, methods of interval analysis of data, methods of the object-oriented planning and programming et al. The generalized scientific job performance consists in that is planned to get fundamentally new results in industry of information technologies and in industry of information technologies. The got results will have a high investment attractiveness, as create terms for development of production of facilities that promote exactness and speed of measuring of certain parameters of soils substantially. A scientific novelty undertaken a study consists in the construction of mathematical macromodel for the reflection of the up-diffused field of conductivity of soils within the limits of areas of largenesses, that provides reduction of sentinels and financial charges on determination of quality of soils, namely them chemical-mineralogy properties. In future it gives an opportunity to provide development of optimal technologies of agricultural treatment of soils, namely to correct technology of bringing of organic fertilizers, provide smoothing of fertility of soil and decrease expenses on his cultivating.
