Formation of ordering composite materials based on the complex investigations results of internal and external factors on luminescence and photodielectrycal respons of zinc chalcogenide crystals and on the relationship between them. Physical and technical factors, that contribute to residual polarity of granules and their ordering polymerization, are revealed. It allow to ensure the necessary coordination of scintillation and photovoltaic properties. The combined impact on the processes of selection microcrystalline polar granules and in forming of their ordering allowed to obtain textured composite materials for various purposes. The technology is layered distribution of scintillation or photosensitive granules, and mixtures thereof in the matrix elements. The composite panels of various purpose (scintillators, photodetectors and photodetector-scintillator), based on zinc chalcogenides, are received.
