Theoretical and practical results: 1. The theoretical justification of the concept of formation of competency of specialist in chemical specialties using modern information technologies. 2. Definition of the guiding principles of the study of chemical disciplines as well as generalized concepts for effective learning. 3. Justification of the integration of natural science knowledge as a way to increase the competence in general scientific, general and special professional competences of students. 4. Development of guidelines for the practical application of informational technologies for the training of chemical specialties for university teachers. 5. Creating multimedia digital resources for full-time and distance chemistry learning. Novelty: The study allowed theoretically generalize the scientific and methodological problems of formation of competence of students of chemical specialties using informational technologies, as well as to determine the conditions of their effective implementation, and develop guidelines for teachers and use them in a real educational process. The effectiveness of the implementation: curricula guidelines and training tools were implemented into educational process of training for specialists of chemical specialties, which provided better education and training of young people and contributed to rationalization of mental work of teachers and students. Areas of application: training for students of chemical specialties in different universities of Ukraine during the teaching basic chemical and psychological and pedagogical disciplines and also in-service training of teachers.
