Karazin popup.description2 The aim of the work is theoretical and experimental justification of the use of a number of inorganic and organic compounds as modifiers in etching solutions and anodic processing of copper, aluminum and their alloys and development of the theoretical basis of foundation of the appropriate environmentally friendly resource technological processes of electrochemical dimensional processing and electrochemical formation of nanostructures; producing and analysis of new data on equilibrium, energetic, structural characteristics of ion associates involving dyes and metallocomplexes; measuring and interpretation of the thermodynamic characteristics of amino acids and their salts in solutions of biologically active substances. Software-based measuring complex "Delta" has developed, manufactured and applied into research. It opens new possibilities of the electrothermography method development for the study of energetics and mechanisms of electrochemical reactions. The processes of nitrate ion reduction and aluminum ionization has been shown with the use of electrothermography to dispose of complex staging. Energetic contribution of the electrochemical reduction of NO3- ion has been evaluated with the use of quantum-chemical methods. The theory of chemical and electrochemical dissolving of metals and alloys, the formation of surface layers depending on the method of surface treatment, electrolyte and alloy composition has been elaborated, whereby the ways of intensification and optimization principles of copper, aluminum and their alloys etching processes have been proposed, new formulations of etching solutions have been developed. The mechanism of nanoscale structure self-organization by the anodic oxidation of aluminum alloys has been proposed, that allows to determine the conditions for the formation of dense or porous anodic oxides. The effect of complex formation on the discharge-ionization of copper in nitrate solution with organic additives has been investigated, the electrothermography study of the system Cu(NO3)2 + HNO3 + additive has been conducted. On the basis of physico-chemical studies of ion association of the dyes of different classes or metallocomplexes with organic counter ions in aqueous solutions and in solutions containing impurities of surfactants or polar organic solvents, the possibility of their quantitative content determination has been grounded. Thermal effects and activation energy of electrochemical processes in steady and dynamic regimes have been calculated.
