Objective: to develop theoretical and methodical bases of increase of competitiveness in horticulture through improved economic relations and deepening of innovation attractiveness of the industry. Results: The developed model clustering with participation of subjects of integration: raw material producers, processors and traders, and sales organizations on the basis of a regional marketing cooperative (2011). Developed logistic distribution system (task inventory management) for cluster merging (on the basis of the cooperative) scheme: producers cooperative store consumer, where the integrator vegetable enterprises and households. The developed system includes: the volumes of the monthly revenues of products on storage, volume and monetary indicators of its losses, planned volumes of sales of different types of vegetables over months. This approach allows us to overcome seasonality, prolong the sale of products at higher prices and to forecast the expected maximum profit (2012). Developed transportation and distribution network for an integrated regional groupings on the basis of the cooperative (transport problem), including: the actual production of vegetables by regions, the needs of processing plants and regional markets in raw materials and commodity products, medium cost of transporting units of products from producers to consumers depending on distance. This approach will allow to deepen the direct connection of producers with consumers by creating their own trading and transportation network and to minimize costs for delivery of their produce meet the needs of consumers (2013). Innovative business projects for the production of onions, late cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, beets, sweet peppers, was published in the Catalogue of investment proposals of Kharkov region and transferred to the Department of Economics and international relations of Kharkov regional state administration. Developed innovative investment project "Modernization of a canning plant for processing of vegetable products "Vegetable" (2014). Developed 24 evidence-based standards of cost (2 intensity levels with consideration of incentives monetary assessment of 1 hectare of arable land ) for cultivation of market vegetables (onions, late cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrots, beets, peppers, potatoes) using domestic equipment, and with the use of combine harvesting and foreign technology (2015).
