During an analysis the histograms of distributing of indexes are built, stability of descriptions of their distributing is appraised during an analysable period, as well as the rejection of distributions from normal distribution; the changes of state of statistical control are appraised by a process on every index during an analysable period; the of process capability /performance indexes are expected and on the basis of their process capability to satisfy requirements to quality are appraised. Indexes, which negatively influence on process quality, and also critical periods of possibilities worsening, are certain. The executed analysis is stipulated by the list of measures which must be executed for stabilizing of production process and subsequent improvement of his possibilities to satisfy requirements to quality.
