Subject of research is development of competence, personal and professional multidisciplinary university education on the principles of education and philosophy. The aim of research is in theoretical discourse of philosophical, educational conceptual foundations of personal and professional education's competence; development, experimental verification and adaptation of content and methodological support its implementation in terms of multi-university according to the needs of the education system and the labor market of the capital. Methods of research are theoretical: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of literature; empirical: observation, testing, surveys, interviews, monitoring, experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
